I tried Appesat and found it only worked in large doses. It was costing me a fortune as I had to almost double the dose to get any effect. I have now just bought Pure Hoodia so will let you know how I get on with that.

Well, if this worked for Vanessa Feltz I’m convinced! NOT!
Have you seen her on TV? She seems to fluctuate more than that girl from eastenders…Not really a shining testimonial there.

Has anyone managed to lose weight with Appesat?

Hi Jane,
I’ve actually used Appesat for a bit and did find that it worked – I lost around 10 lbs in a few weeks and felt really good after (I also cut my food consumption, and now walk in the morning to work).

I stopped using it after and my weight has stabilised.
